Bluegrass Birth, the original evidence-based childbirth education series designed by Bluegrass Doulas, prepares you for the journey ahead. Our extensive six week series provides you with the knowledge to advocate for your best birth experience. Our classes are small group format, allowing for an interactive and comfortable environment.

Cost of class is $150. This class fee includes participation for one pregnant person and one support person of their choice.
Recommended reading for the class will be given from The Birth Partner by Penny Simkin and The Official Lamaze Guide: Giving Birth with Confidence by Judith Lothian and Charlotte DeVries.

***Please Note: The January 2017 session is a blitz class. It is being held on January 8 and January 22 from 4-8pm. This session will cover the same topics but will be held in a two week, four hour per class format.
